Patrice Jones

photo-patricePatrice Jones, Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Educator Program Coordinator, is a former Higher Education Administrator. Patrice brings 10 years of experience in Student Affairs that includes Enrollment Management, Training, Veteran Services, Advising, Financial Aid, Residence Life, and G.I. Bill® Certification Processing.  Due to her leadership experience in both post-secondary education and corporate business environments, she specializes in the assessment and revamping of resources and strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and delivery. Patrice has a B.A in Justice Studies and M.A in Adult Education and Training.



Sara Potecha

photo-saraSara L. Potecha, Managing Principal, Lean Insight, LLC. Author of the Education and Training Alliance Curriculum. A West point graduate and former Army Officer turned accomplished executive consultant with a solid ability to analyze, build, design and implement strategic human capital projects aligned with corporate initiatives and organizational transformation. Diversified experience in public sector, banking and financial services, electrical utility, healthcare and non-profits.

Serves as a senior advisor to the Virginia Department of Veterans Services, VETE Directorate providing vision and strategic expertise in the areas of change management, business transformation, organizational culture and performance, process improvement, executive leadership, curriculum development and employee adoption. Lead researcher and curriculum developer for the Virginia Values Veteran (V3) program. Developed 8 highly specialized curricula and educated hundreds of companies throughout the Commonwealth on Veteran cultural competency and best practices in Veteran recruiting, hiring and retention. Sara has a B.S. General Engineering, United States Military Academy and M.A. Organizational Management and Development, Fielding Graduate School.
